A renovation project in Kathikas, Paphos, Cyprus, set for completion in June 2025, is transforming a rustic studio room into a stunning blend of tradition and modernity. The space is being gutted and meticulously restored, preserving the character of the original stone and timber features while introducing a clean, contemporary aesthetic. The combination of natural materials, such as exposed stone walls and rich timber beams, creates a warm, inviting atmosphere, while modern finishes and sleek lines offer a refreshing contrast.

The result will be a seamless fusion of old-world charm and modern comfort, making the studio a timeless retreat that feels both grounded in history and perfectly suited for modern living. Konnos is the interior designer for this project, working closely with The Spitoui to bring their vision to life.
