Konnos is excited to be working alongside Liteco, the lead designers, on GetSashimi's new space at the Sydney Fish Markets, set for completion in 2025. This innovative sushi and sashimi bar, home to Sydney’s longest sushi train, will offer an immersive dining experience that blends modern design with the rich, fresh offerings of GetSashimi.

Our collaborative design approach focuses on creating a dynamic, open environment that celebrates the art of sushi preparation while maintaining a clean, minimalist aesthetic. Natural materials, sleek finishes, and a warm, inviting atmosphere will ensure the space complements GetSashimi’s commitment to quality, freshness, and exceptional service. With Liteco’s expertise in modern design and Konnos’ attention to detail, we’re creating an exciting new destination that will elevate the customer experience at the iconic Sydney Fish Markets.
